Gisela's artwork has been influenced by a wide spectrum of art from around the world, particularly Asian, South American and French. She currently lives in Northern NSW, Australia.

In many of her pieces the lines are sensual and sinuous. Others are light hearted and have comical presence. She uses brilliant colours that bring the creations to life. The mood of her work is compassionate to her subjects, with an intention to preserve their integrity. A refreshing and unashamedly beautiful vision of human experience.
